Willing ^® PVB standard packaging

To prevent blocking and breaking, Willing^® PVB sheet is supplied by interleaved such be separated with thin PE Film. One PVB Roll is packaged in single plywood case (horizontal) for widths above 1100mm, Smaller widths are normally packed in 4 rolls (Same height cartons packed on a pallet vertically. In order to keep good storage and transportation condition such as moisture changes or damaged PVB film by a moisture-barrier bag (Vacuum and Aluminum package). Once the roll package has been opened, the PVB roll should be stored in an environment around 20-40% relative humidity and temperature around 20±5℃. WILLING® PVB roll package is suitable for transportation by truck, ocean, air and combined transportation, PVB film should be separated by PE release film between two layers of PVB film.
